I often get asked about what to wear with pastel-colored jeans, and I usually go with the most obvious and simple option: WHITE!
I love pairing white with any of the pastels, but it goes particularly well with mint. In fact, I found myself wearing mint and white twice this week — first the outfit shown here, and then a couple of days later, I reversed it and wore white jeans with a mint top.
Mint jeans also well with navy, tan, grey, and black, but I often find myself wearing them with white because it’s so fresh and crisp.
I’ve had these seafoam green Paige Verdugo jeans for a couple of years, and I love them. They are thin and stretchy and super comfortable. This year’s version is called mojito mint, and they are currently 30% off at Nordstrom! WOOT!
P.S. The Paige Verdugo is also on sale in the regular blue denim.
My white top is old (I got it at White House Black Market last season, or maybe the one before that) so I’ll link to a few similar options below.
These Tory Burch Lexington Wedges were so popular last year that they brought them back for another season. I love that they are basically a 3-season shoe. I don’t usually wear my espadrilles until warm weather sets in for good, but these are appropriate for spring and fall as well, so I know I’ll get a lot of wear out of them. And right now, Tory Burch is running a Spring Sale so you can get these up to 30% off!!!!
If you like the style but not the price tag, another great option in the Vince Camuto Garadin. I ordered these, and I wanted to love them, but they just didn’t fit my foot well. For an even less expensive option, Target has the Mossimo Tracey that is super cute.
I wore this outfit to a family dinner last weekend. I started to put on ballet flats, and then at the last minute, I decided to go for wedge sandals. I’m just getting back in the habit of wearing heels after battling foot injuries for the past couple of years, so sometimes they seem overdressed for the occasion, but these shoes are actually quite casual. I love the extra height they give me, and the wedge keeps them stable.
For accessories, I wore my new Stella & Dot Breezeblock Enamel Pendant with the Bungalow Hoops. Each of these pieces is under $40, which is a great price point for fashion jewelry. I LOVE those Bungalow Hoops. I find myself wearing them about every other day.
The white saddle bag came in my last Trunk Club. It has quickly become my go-to summer purse. It’s just big enough to fit my smaller wallet along with my keys, my iPhone, powder compact (I keep MAC Blot Powder with me at all times) and a lipstick. It is part of the Tory Burch Spring Sale too!!!
I still like this Studded Crossbody for a less expensive option.
