2022 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Try-On Haul

Greetings, and happy Friday! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale opens to all cardholders at midnight tonight on the east coast (yes that’s 9PM, PT) and I have more try-ons for you today.

If you missed it, be sure to check out my #NSale Fitting Room Try-Ons! I also just added posts for #NSale Best of Beauty and #NSale Foundations. You can find all my 2022 #NSale posts linked at the top of my blog.

I’m also working on a fall capsule wardrobe from the #NSale, which I’m planning to send to all #NSale email subscribers tonight! If you want to receive that, be sure to sign up for those emails. I’m also sending exclusive info and sneak peeks to that email list along the way.

And as always, using my Nordstrom links to shop the sale is a way you can support my business, and it is SO very much appreciated!

As I’ve had more time to try things on and process the offerings of this sale, this is how I’d sum it up: The #NSale has recovered from the pandemic! They have a lot of new styles this year, plus they brought back some old favorites. I also feel like the inventory is holding better this year than most. There are definitely some popular, unique items that have sold out, but a lot of great basic pieces and investment items are still well stocked.

The denim is really good this year, and the boots are pretty good too, but shoes and sneakers are even better. The sweaters have been hit or miss for me so far, and there are a few good bags. If all else fails, this is always a good time to stock up on basics and beauty. Oh, and speaking of basics, I just got this True & Co. bralette, and I’m in love! So comfy, and perfect for loungewear or sleeping, or if you just want to be comfy all day long.

Okay, let’s get this party started! I tried on a bunch of new items yesterday, and mixed and matched with some of the things I bought on Wednesday to see how the different combinations worked together. You will be happy to hear, it’s a lot easier this year to match boots and jeans. Yay for longer denim lengths!

I hope this post helps you sort through the noise and find a few really great pieces that you will enjoy all winter long, and maybe even for years to come.

FYI, I’ve linked all my 2022 #NSale coverage at the top of the blog, and you can bookmark that page for easy reference when it’s your time to shop. Using my Nordstrom links to shop the sale is a way you can support my blog, and it is SO very much appreciated!

2022 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Try-On Haul

SIZING NOTES: I’m 5’5″ and I usually wear a small in tops, a 28 or 29 in jeans, and a size 8 shoe. I’ll do my best to guide you, but if in doubt, order two sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit.

Rails Margot Long Sleeve Sweater Dress (S) // This dress was high on my list of items to try, but that tie waist really doesn’t sit well on me. I want to try it again with shapewear, and try to tie it tighter and higher and see what I think. The quality is really nice, and I like the color a lot. It runs true to size.

Marc Fisher Urmi Pointed Toe Bootie in Ivory (8.5) // This is a nice classic pointy toe boot for wearing with dresses or jeans. I actually brought them home in both black and ivory. They’re a good price for the quality, and very comfortable. They have a 3″ heel and a 4″ shaft, and I sized up half for a little more room in the toe box.

Theory Elegant Rib Halter Top (S) // This sweater is pricey for rayon/nylon, but it looks and feels like really nice quality. I also like that I can wear it right now by itself with jeans and heels, and later with a blazer or moto jacket on top. All too often, this type of stretchy sweater clings to every lump and bump, but this one glides over the body and is so flattering. I ordered the small and the medium, but the small fits with plenty of wiggle room.

Frame Le High Waist Flare Jeans (30) // I had high hopes for these jeans, and they do fit nicely, but they’re too long for me to wear without hemming, and I found another pair of flares I like better. I would definitely recommend these, though, if you are taller and need longer lengths. The inseam is 34″, and they have a 10″ rise.

Marc Fisher Urmi Pointed Toe Bootie in Black (8.5) // This is a nice classic pointy toe boot for wearing with dresses or jeans. I actually brought them home in both black and ivory. They’re a good price for the quality, and very comfortable. They have a 3″ heel and a 4″ shaft, and I sized up half for a little more room in the toe box.

Paige Gardenia Cotton Blend Sweater Tank (M) // I ordered this out of curiosity, not expecting to like it due to the ruffle on the sleeves, but I actually like it a lot… or I thought I did, until I showed this picture to Paul. He was immediately like, “Uh, no.” Hmph. Since it’s so pricey, and it would be a date night top (meaning I’d be with him when I wear it) I decided to send it back. (He rarely has strong opinions about such matters.)

But it’s a really nice quality and a gorgeous color, so if you like it and it fits your budget, I would definitely recommend trying it! It’s 70% cotton, 20% nylon, 10% silk; and the length is 21 1/2″.

Mother Raw Hem Flare Jeans (28) // These jeans, on the other hand, are definitely keepers! They are soft and stretchy and so comfortable, they have a nice clean dark wash, and the raw hem keeps them modern. They have a 32″ inseam; 21″ leg opening; 10″ front rise.

If you want to add a pair of flares to your closet this fall, these are my #1 recommendation! They’re true to size, or you may want to size up if in between. Wearing the 28 here, but they’re snug in the waist, so I have the 29 on order so I can compare.

Marc Fisher Urmi Pointed Toe Bootie in Black (8.5) // This is a nice classic pointy toe boot for wearing with dresses or jeans. They’re a good price for the quality, and very comfortable. I sized up half for more room in the toe box.

Halogen Rib Scoop Neck Sweater (S) // For a lower priced sweater, this one is a nice choice, although it may be too low cut for ladies with larger chests. I’m not sure it would have worked for me before my surgery. It’s soft and stretchy (50% viscose, 28% polyester, 22% nylon) with a versatile 23 1/2″ length. I’ll wear this alone or under a moto jacket when the weather cools down.

Mother Raw Hem Flare Jeans (28) // These jeans are soft and stretchy and so comfortable, they have a nice clean dark wash, and the raw hem keeps them modern. If you want to add a pair of flares to your closet this fall, these are my #1 recommendation! They’re true to size, or you may need to size up if in between.

Marc Fisher Urmi Pointed Toe Bootie in Black (8.5) // This is a nice classic pointy toe boot for wearing with dresses or jeans. They’re a good price for the quality, and very comfortable. I sized up half for more room in the toe box.

Since I love these jeans so much, I decided to see how they work with the other boots I ordered from the #NSale. The Marc Fisher booties have a 3″ shaft, so I was happy to see the jeans look just as good with a 2″ heel…

Nordstrom Signature Cashmere V-Neck Sweater (S) // This sweater is super soft and luxe, and it has such a nice drape. It’s 100% cashmere, which is hard to find these days; so many are blended with wool or cotton. The length is 24 1/2″, and it runs true to size with a relaxed fit.

Aquatalia Brigitte Luxe Bootie (8) // These boots are on the spendy side, but the quality is phenomenal. They’re also very comfortable, and best of all, waterproof! I have the black suede Aquatalia booties from last year’s sale, and they hold up extremely well to all kinds of weather. They have a 2″ heel, and they’re made in Italy.

These booties also come in black, but since I already have a similar pair in black, I went for this gorgeous whiskey color. These run true to size, or you could size up half if you need room for thicker socks. I have 8.5 on order to compare.

I also tried the Mother flares with these black 2″ heel boots by AllSaints…

AllSaints Lenora Bootie (9) // These boots are gorgeous, but they’re also a little edgy for my day-to-day life, so I’m undecided about keeping them. They also have a 2″ heel, and the snipped toe and Cuban heel give them a subtle western flair. I’m going to have to play around with these a bit more. Definitely size up, if ordering. I needed the 9.

Next, I threw on a few popular tops back from last year’s #NSale…

Halogen Raw Edge Tank (S) // I had this tank already, and it’s part of the sale again this year, so I threw it on to show to you. It also comes in solid black and ivory (which I also have) and I love the Pink Pebbles Print, so I just ordered that. It’s true to size.

AllSaints Lenora Bootie (9) // These boots are gorgeous, and the quality is excellent They have a 2″ heel and a 5 1/2″ shaft, and the snipped toe and Cuban heel give them a subtle western flair. Definitely size up, if ordering. I needed the 9.

Caslon Collarless Open Front Long Cardigan (S) // This cardigan is a repeat from last year’s sale, and it was one of my top sellers last fall.

1.State Pintuck V-Neck Camisole in Ivory (S) // This cami is double layered, so not at all see-through, and I love the pintuck detail. I bought it in black, evergreen, and this ivory. Fit is TTS (true to size) but a tad snug across the chest, so be aware of that if you are larger on top.

I’m also wearing the Kendra Scott Grier Link Hoop Earrings and Kendra Scott Camry Layered Pendant Necklace from the #NSale, which I like a lot. Both are very lightweight and easy to wear.

Treasure & Bond V-Neck Sweater (S) // This is another really good lower-priced sweater option, and another repeat from last year, but it isn’t as oversized this year. I like this fit much better. It’s a really nice not-too-basic v-neck sweater — soft and stretchy, cozy enough to stand alone, but not too bulky to layer over top. I like the flattering v-neck and the versatile 24″ length. I also really like those extended cuffs. I like this one so much, I got both taupe and burgundy, and I’m debating the black too. It runs true to size, or you could size down for a closer fit.

AllSaints Lenora Bootie (9) // These boots are gorgeous, and the quality is excellent They have a 2″ heel and a 5 1/2″ shaft, and the snipped toe and Cuban heel give them a subtle western flair. Definitely size up, if ordering. I needed the 9.

recommended: R Minkoff Reversible Leather Belt

AllSaints Odette East/West Leather Tote // I love this buttery soft, pebbled leather, and I think the wing-like silhouette is so fun. I also really like the raw leather inside; it’s so luxe and chic.

This bag also comes in that Palisade Tan, and I like how that one has contrasting black straps, but I was afraid that warm shade of tan wouldn’t complement most of the boots and shoes I own…although it would look great with black boots. Now I’m reconsidering…

Treasure & Bond Turtleneck (S) // This is the same soft and stretchy fabric as the Treasure & Bond V-Neck Sweater, but it’s a little longer (25 1/2″ inches) and has more of a relaxed fit. I love this for throwing on with jeans and boots, as shown here.

Sam Edelman Agnes Western Boot in Warm Copper (8) // These boots were a happy surprise! They weren’t on my radar at all until I saw them in the store. The western details are very on trend this season, and I love this gorgeous shade of warm copper. They’re also remarkably comfortable, and they look great with flares and full length jeans.

recommended: Frye Leather Belt // My AllSaints belt is old, but this Frye belt looks amazing. Frye does really nice leather goods.

Okay, moving on to a different pair of jeans…

Also, I took pictures with this sweater both untucked and front-tucked, to show you the difference. The front-tuck gives the look a little more style, and it helps define the waist. It also keeps the vertical proportions more balanced, with the shorter jeans.

Treasure & Bond V-Neck Sweater (S) // This is another really good lower-priced sweater option — soft and stretchy, cozy enough to stand alone, but not too bulky to layer over top. I like the flattering v-neck and the versatile 24″ length. I also really like those extended cuffs. I like this one so much, I got both taupe and burgundy, and I’m debating the black too. It runs true to size, or you could size down for a closer fit.

Frame Le High Raw Hem Ankle Straight Leg Jeans in Westway Grind (29) // These jeans are pretty much the perfect straight ankle jean. They have a 28″ inseam with a 14″ leg opening and a 10 1/2″ front rise. The wash is nice too, a bit different than most, but still very versatile. I’m just not sure I’m crazy about all the whiskering on the hips, so I’m trying to decide if I should keep or not.

I was wearing the size 28 in yesterday’s Fitting Room Try-Ons, but I got the 29 in the mail, and they’re a better fit. These jeans look really good with mules, as shown here, but they also work with boots. (See below.)

Steve Madden Fleur Pointed Toe Mule in Black Plaid (8) // This is the 3rd year in a row these shoes are in this sale, and I thought I was over them, but this black plaid with the matte black buckle was just too cute to pass up. These run small; the 8 barely fits, and I usually size down half in mules.

Caslon Scoop Neck Long Sleeve Raw Edge Thermal Top (S) // This is a great little thermal top to throw on and go this fall, and it will layer easily under vests and utility jackets. It fits true to size with a generous fit.

They’re TTS or size up if in between.

Vince Kaye Block Heel Bootie (8) // These are more of a splurge, but the quality is amazing, as you would expect from Vince. The squared-off toe and architectural block heel are right on trend, and I love this shade of grey. It works so well with all the pink and lavender that is out right now. (They also come in black and ivory leather.) They have a 2 1/2″ heel and 6 1/4″ shaft, so they fit well under ankle-length jeans, and they run true to size or maybe a bit big. The 8 is plenty roomy on me.

I also wanted to try the Frame jeans with the AllSaints boots… this works too.

They’re TTS or size up if in between.

AllSaints Lenora Bootie (9) // These boots are gorgeous, but they’re also a little edgy for my day-to-day life, so I’m undecided about keeping them. They have a 2″ heel and a 5 1/2″ shaft, and the snipped toe and Cuban heel give them a subtle western flair. I’m going to have to play around with these a bit more. Definitely size up, if ordering. I needed the 9.

Nordstrom Signature Cashmere Crewneck Pullover in Light Grey Heather (S) // This is a classic cashmere pullover that’s perfect for simple denim/sweater/boots outfits, and it also makes a nice layering piece under jackets. As I said above, you get a lot of bang for your buck with 100% cashmere from the Nordstrom Signature line. I bought this in both colors. Fit is TTS, and it’s 24 1/2″ long.

Caslon Leather Moto with Removable Hood (S) // I’m so happy to see this jacket back in the #NSale this year! If you missed it before, grab one now. I’ve worn mine a ton over the past few years. It sold out super fast last year. It’s true to size, and the quality is quite good for Caslon.

While I was seeing how many ways I could style these Frame jeans, I threw them on with this ivory sweater and the Blondo Irina waterproof boots.

Halogen Rib Scoop Neck Sweater (S) // For a lower priced sweater, this one is a nice choice, although it may be too low cut for ladies with larger chests. It’s soft and stretchy (50% viscose, 28% polyester, 22% nylon) with a versatile 23 1/2″ length, and it runs true to size. I’ll wear this alone or under a moto jacket when the weather cools down.

They’re TTS or size up if in between.

Blondo Irina Waterproof Bootie (8) // I’m usually a huge fan of Blondo boots, but these look really cheap to me, and they aren’t as comfortable as Blondo boots usually are. I guess they had some padding in the footbed, but the top of the boot shaft rubbed my calf, and I would definitely need to wear socks to prevent chafing. Also, they run very small. I ordered the 8.5 and they’re still too small.

The Frame jeans look as good with sneakers as they do with boots and mules…

Treasure & Bond Long Sleeve Thermal Knit Top (S) // I love this thermal top! It’s just so easy to throw on with jeans and boots or sneakers. I can see myself wearing this a ton this fall. It will also layer nicely under a utility jackets or leather bomber — both are currently on the way to my house! It runs true to size, or you could size up for a little more wiggle room. I just ordered the black in the medium to compare.

Frame Le High Raw Hem Ankle Straight Leg Jeans in Westway Grind (29) // These jeans are pretty much the perfect straight ankle jean. The wash is nice too, a bit different than most, but still very versatile. The rise is also lower than some, which I like. Measurements are 28″ inseam; 14″ leg opening; 10 1/2″ front rise. I needed the 29, so the fit is TTS or size up if in between.

P448 John Sneaker (39) // I’m wearing my pair from last year, but they’re almost the same as the ones in this year’s #NSale. These are my favorite sneakers, and this is a really good price. They’re made in Italy, and so very comfortable.

And finally, I tried the Frame jeans with the Aquatalia booties… this works pretty well too, but I really like these jeans best with the sneakers and mules. I prefer a slightly longer length with booties, for a more elongated leg.

Aquatalia Brigitte Luxe Bootie (8) // These Italian-made boots are on the spendy side, but the quality is phenomenal. They’re also very comfortable, and best of all, waterproof! They have a 2″ heel, and they also come in black. These run true to size, or you could size up half if you need room for thicker socks.

AllSaints Captain Round Leather Crossbody in Sycamore Green // This is one of my favorite handbags in this year’s #NSale. In fact, I like all the AllSaints bags in the sale; they really brought their A-game this year. It’s such a pretty leather, and this green color is very much on trend. It also comes in a yellow-tan color, which I like, but I tend to wear cooler tones, and I think the green will go with more of my wardrobe.

I wanted to see how the Aquatalia boots look with the Mother Hustler, so I tried that combo next… I think I like these boots better with these jeans, but I’m not sure why. Both jeans have a 28″ inseam.

Mother The Hustler Distressed Raw Hem Ankle Jeans (28) // I was thrilled to see these jeans in the online preview, and they did not disappoint. The fit and quality is amazing; they’re soft and stretchy and comfortable, and the cut is so flattering. The fabric is 95% cotton, 4% polyester, 1% elastane; and they have a 28″ inseam, 15″ leg opening, 11″ front rise. These are intended to be ankle-length, by the way. They run TTS, and they’re made in the USA.

The Paige Cindy also works well with these boots, and they have a 28″ inseam as well…

Paige Cindy High Waist Straight Leg Jeans (29) // These straight ankle jeans have a really nice medium blue wash with light whiskering and sanding and a trendy chewed hem for a lived-in look. The fabric is 93% cotton, 5% polyester, 2% spandex, so there’s a good bit of stretch, but they don’t bag out. The measurements are 28″ inseam, 14 1/2″ leg opening, 10 1/2″ front rise; and fit is TTS, or size up if in between.

Okay, last outfit, and this is definitely a departure from my typical style!

Spanx Stretch Twill Wide Leg Crop Pants c/o (M) // Spanx sent me these pants to review, so I wanted to be sure to include them. They aren’t something I would have picked out, but they’re actually kind of fun for a change! I need to play around with some different tops, but I like them with these mules.

    1. I hadn’t really looked at that section. I tend to get tunnel vision during this sale. I feel like I need to try and compare ALL the jeans so I can be a good resource, and they are my favorites, of course. Then when it comes time to look at activewear, I feel overwhelmed and burned out. 🤪

What would you like to see? Now that I’ve exhausted the jeans… haha!

I also still want to go in and look at coats. I hate buying a bunch of coats that I don’t want to keep b/c they are so expensive, and big and heavy to store and return. But I know they have a lot of good ones, and people do need coats.

  1. Love this, thanks for letting us see so many options. Do you think those Mother Hustlers are pretty much the same as last years pair ? I have last years, wasn’t sure if I need to get this years too, they are my favorite style.

    1. I don’t remember last year’s pair, but I have the ones in the Au Revoir wash, so I’m not planning to keep these. The wash is too similar, and I prefer the ones without the ripped knees.

  2. I love your NSale coverage and trust your opinion more than any other influencer I follow. Thanks so much for all your hard work and dedication! I’m having a hard time deciding this year whether I want to go with a handful of higher end items or get a bunch of lesser expensive (and unfortunately lesser quality) things. Decisions, decisions…

    1. Thanks, Denise. That means a lot to me! You know my answer to that question…haha! I really think the investment pieces are where the best deals are at, but on the other hand, there are some cute pieces in the under-$100 range. I think it depends on how much variety you like to have in your closet. I’d rather wear the same luxe sweater once a week than have a different outfit every day for a month.

  3. You did a great job! Thank you so much! I feel ready. In your opinion, could the Mother Raw Hem Flare Jeans that look so wonderful on you, be cut off and still look right for a petite person? If not, is there another premium denim pair on sale that you would recommend?

  4. Wow! agree with Kathy, what dedication! Makes me hot to think of trying on all those outfits! Jolynn, you look great in all the outfits, really love the Frame and Paige straight leg jeans, more my everyday style. I have a couple of items I would really like to have on my wish list but also do not have a Northstrom card so if they’re sold out maybe they’ll come back in stock if it’s meant to be. As always you give us ideas on how to incorporate similar items we may already have to make up to date outfits!

  5. You do such a good job with these posts. They’re so helpful. Question – The Treasure & Bond V-Neck sweater you say is true to size, but on the web site it says it runs big so size down. What do you think? I hate to buy two sizes and have to return one.

    1. I like this fit, but I noticed another blogger who is about my size went with the XS. It was more fitted on her. I like the relaxed fit, though. I think it’s a matter of preference.

  6. Thanks for putting this great post together! I am going to make myself stay up tonight so that I can place my order. One item that I really want has very few left, so I hope I’m able to snag it.

  7. Jo-Lynne, had to write to thank you (!) for the amazing job you are doing going through the many items in the Nordstrom sale and then giving us your best suggestions plus pictures to boot.
    It is SO appreciated!

  8. is there a way to not show your phone in the pictures. i want to everthing that you want to show us in the pictures. i think the phone is not needed & when you block your face, we can’t see what your face wants to say about the outfit

    1. As Jen pointed out, I am using the phone to take the pictures. I can try to move it over so it isn’t over my face, but sometimes that distorts the proportions. I probably take 20 pictures for every 1 I post, and I try to choose the one(s) that show the outfit best. 🙂

  9. Okay, I can’t quit thinking about the Aquatalia suede boots. The only black lower shaft boots I have right now are lug soled. I got them last year during the NSale but I didn’t wear them as much as I expected that I would. The Aquatalia ones are more than I’ve ever paid for any pair of shoes though. Yikes. Do you think this is a style with longevity? If they won’t be fashionable a couple of years from now I don’t think I can justify the cost.

    1. I think the style is pretty classic, but then again, with shoes and boots, I feel like nothing is really classic, even when you think it is. The thing that holds me back with these is that rounded toe. I’m not sure I like it as much as the slimmer styles.

  10. Absolutely love both Paige tops with the Mother flares.

I bought the Mother Weekender last year and are too similar to ones you are wearing to justify buying. The rinse on yours is preferable to mine, though.

P.S. I think Paul is crazy… the green Paige top looks great

  11. JoLynne, I read you faithfully daily, and your pictures and explanations are so helpful! I really wanted to post that those Mother raw-edge boot/flair jeans look PERFECT on you! Seriously, everything you wore with them was just fantastic.

As a side note, while you’re doing a great job styling all these cropped pants in different widths the past two years, my eye still hasn’t adjusted to them. You have some white crop flairs, maybe Paige Verdugo? Those work nicely, IMO, but man, it’s a tough trend to pull off! It’s not you, it’s the style. So hard to balance the shoes/shaft height/shorter top length to not look top heavy and leg stumpy. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    1. Mother Insider? I love those, but yeah, it’s a funny length. I didn’t like that look for the longest time, and now I only really like it with sneakers or sandals. Something about the boots poking out underneath makes them look funky to me.

  12. Interesting b/c the inventory this year is WAY better stocked than it was the past two years. Most of the things i’m featuring are still fully stocked. Last year they were sold out within the first 2 days.

To be totally transparent, I can’t help but get a little defensive when I hear bloggers getting blamed for the inventory getting bought up. I’m sure influencer culture has made this sale more of a thing over the years, but there are plenty of Icon level cardmembers who aren’t bloggers, and the buyers at Nordstrom order inventory based on how the sale has done in the past. They can always make/order more if they want to. I’m sure they have a strategy about how much to buy, to make it profitable to them.

I appreciate that you enjoy my reviews, but I can’t do that if I don’t buy things, lol. 🙂 There’s only so much I can do in the store. I will say, I make it a point to return as much as I can as soon as I can, so it gets restocked in time for others to purchase. My assistant took several big bags back just yesterday. I would hope other bloggers are as considerate.

  13. That’s a good idea! I don’t do a lot of layering just b/c I find it uncomfortable, lol. But I can certainly do a try-on on my room and see how many different ways I can wear it.

  14. Thank you for posting all of these Beautiful outfits. (I Love Try on hauls.) You look fantastic in everyone of them. The colors this year are gorgeous. I know you are wore out. Get you some rest and have a Great Day!!⚘️

  15. I guess its safe to say that skinny jeans and higher boots are not on trend for this fall. That has been my go to look for so long, but I guess now its time to put those away and go with wider leg jeans and booties! Thanks for all of your outfit ideas, makes shopping the sale, much easier!

  16. Thank you for the try ons. It’s always interesting to see jeans with different boots. The Frame jeans you say are the perfect length for you. Do they hit about an inch over your ankle? Trying to cut off some straight leg jeans and not sure how short I should make them.

  17. Wow, all your items are great! You look good in everything! I’m still looking for the unicorn of straight leg jeans for myself. I want them ankle length so I can wear them with multiple shoe options, comfortable for wearing on those lazy days, but also nice enough to wear to work with sandals or sneakers (on school spirit days). I recently bought a new pair of AG Mari from their website and they fit too tight in the waist and too baggy everywhere else. I can’t return them because they were on Final Sale. I only bought due to the fact I have an older pair of the Mari that fit great. Frustrating for sure.) The Frame pair you show above would be perfect if only they were only a couple inches longer. I tried them on and they’re too short. They’d probably be okay to wear with sandals but definitely not boots. The boot cut and flare jean styles are great for me because they usually are always quite long (sometimes even too long so I can imagine that’s frustrating for shorter ladies) But I’m not going to reach for a pair of long, boot cut flare jeans to walk around the Farmer’s Market on the weekends. Let me know if you discover any ankle length premium denim with a 29-30” inseam. 😊

  18. Lots of fun fall finds! I love the mules too, the matte black chain makes it! Do they stay on your feet well? I have mixed results with flat mules and it seems to depend on how slippery the footbed is. I like those wide leg crop pants in the last outfit too, but I’d suggest trying them with wedges or heels (even mules with a heel?) to elongate the leg more. Have you seen the Dolce Vita Sofi mules? They’d be great with that outfit.
Btw I laughed out at Savannah in a couple of the pics! Too cute!

  19. Just received the Calson thermal top today in the plum, very nice top with great details and nice beefy material. Think I’m going to love it! Thanks so much for all your “shopping” and selecting items that really work in our wardrobe.
