This is the time of year that meal planning starts to get stale. I’m hankering for some freshly roasted veggies a big juicy burger hot off the grill. I’m tired of the pot roasts and soups, but alas. It is still pot roast and soup weather. And so here we go again.
Please note, while these meals ARE gluten free because I eat gluten free and I wanted to provide a resource for others in my shoes, the recipes are nothing special. Meaning, please don’t automatically click away if you don’t eat gluten free! If you are looking for nutritious, wholesome meals that your whole family will enjoy, take a look at these. Any that do use gluten-free ingredients, you can sub with regular ones.

Good morning Jo-Lynne! Thanks for hosting!
This week I am sharing Pesto Veggie Pasta. Great for lunch or dinner!
I figured that I’d add in my Turtle Brownies! Enjoy!!
I’m so glad you’re keeping this feature – while gluten-free is popular, gluten-free whole foods recipes and meal plans aren’t always easy to find!
Thanks for hosting! I have your gf mac and cheese on the menu this week. I can’t wait to try it, plus I’m going to make gf baked ziti Wednesday night to see how the kids like the gf pasta.
