What are you eating this week?
Since this is the last week of summer for us, we’re trying some more gluten-free recipes at lunchtime with the kids, plus a recipe from Make It Paleo Friday night. Usually I do pizza or calzones on Friday night, but I’m out of ricotta and mozzarella.
Can’t wait to check them out!!
It’s a crazy, busy week for us – so the plan is quick, slow cooker and easy!
I need to use the slow cooker more. Definitely going to check out your recipes!
