Look what I came across today when I was shopping at my local grocery store!
You know I’m always on the lookout for healthy snacks, and these fit the bill. The first ingredient is whole grain wheat flour, and they contain 12 grains, including flaxseed. AND there are four grams of fiber per serving.
They are very tasty, and best of all, they don’t skimp on the salt. Because I don’t know about you, but for me, a pretzel without salt is like bread without butter, Lucy without Ricky, television without Lost. You get the idea . . .
What’s the point?
AND you don’t have to travel across state lines to find the nearest health food store. They are carried by your local grocer. Unless you don’t have Herr’s products where you live, in which case, you have bigger problems than finding a healthy pretzel.
ooooooooooooh try these too: I hate healthy stuff, but I like the flavor on these. I’m not gonna say they’re as good as a potato chip, but I like them a lot. http://www.eatsmartsnacks.com/en/eatsmart/products?cat=3&id=4
the other flavor is really good too.
but hon, wouldn’t you rather have these??
i’m sure they are healthy too!

oh YUM-OO! I will totally try those! My kids would love those too. I just love salt. Salt-less varieties of salty snacks are so cruel. 🙂
These are so yummy and only 1 point per serving!

Dude, that reminds me of some pasta I was just looking at in the organics section of my grocery store. It had 12 (TWELVE!) grams of fiber per serving. Wow. Two servings and you’re done for the day in fiber!!
