I’m recovering from a root canal and a weekend away at a conference. Oh yeah, and the root canal went wrong and I’m in miserable toothache pain so I’m not feeling very inspired to eat (or cook.) Hopefully I can get it repaired tomorrow without the need for more Novocain because OW. Meanwhile, I am thinking that soft foods sound really good right now.

Feel better soon! I’m a big chicken when it comes to any dental work (even cleanings), so I’m saying a prayer you can get it taken care of without any more pain!
Feel better, Jo-Lynne, and thanks for the recipe ideas!
Oh my goodness! I hope you are feeling better!! 🙂
I’m SO sorry about your root canal! They are awful. I hope the pain subsides. I have a root canal issue right now that I’m ignoring. I ignored it a few years ago also, ergo the root canal. Sigh. May you heal quickly!
