I’ve been using raw milk for my usual crockpot yogurt recipe, and it does come out a little different. The cream also separates and forms a yellow layer on top. I may go back to regular whole milk for the yogurt.
Since we gave up raw milk, I don’t expect any trouble this time, but I’m still making it into popsicles. 🙂
