As the holidays are getting closer, life actually seems to be slowing down a bit around here. How odd is THAT!? I’m looking forward to actually cooking meals this week. What a novelty! Here’s the game plan as it stands now. Of course, all this is subject to change, and it usually does. But having some semblance of a plan really helps us eat more meals at home.
MONDAY: Chicken Rice Casserole with Sautéed Swiss Chard
TUESDAY: Crustless Italian Sausage Quiche with a salad
WEDNESDAY: Chicken In A Pot with oven roasted potatoes and Sautéed Carrots
THURSDAY: I’m going out so the fam will get spaghetti with Rose Romano’s sauce and parmesan cheese
FRIDAY: London Broil with mashed potatoes and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Caramelized Onions (Sometimes I just omit the bacon and onions and roast the brussels. It depends on time.)
SATURDAY: Three Cheese & Ham Pizza with Rose Romano’s Italian Peppers
What are you eating this week?

Hi Jo-Lynne, this week I’ve shared a super easy way to make caramel corn (when you’re craving it right then and there!). As always, thanks for hosting!
That sounds delish!! I would love to make some as holiday gifts.
Perfect! I was looking for a great GF/no-crust quiche recipe last week and nothing looked good. Yours looks delish! And we will totally be having it this weeks. Thanks, mama!
Awesome! Glad to help. And it really is delicious. We had neighbors over the night I made it the first time, and I gave them all a taste, they all raved. You won’t even miss the crust.
I need to try that quiche – with planning breakfast for Sunday night suppers, I’m running out of ideas already!
I need to check out the salad post. My fridge is looking very sad and empty right now. I really need to stock up on salad makings and other items to keep me going during the week.
I love the quiche idea and the chicken in a pot. 1-pot cooking is where it’s at when it comes to making meals with simple clean-up. Thanks for sharing these 2 fantastic recipes.
Hi Jo-Lynne,
Thanks for hosting! This week I’m sharing my recipe for a low-carb, grain-free fried “rice” made with cauliflower.

Thanks for hosting! This week I have shared Spritz cookies and the best Butter Tart Squares around!
Have a great week!
